Udinese pre-season preparations underway

Double session to kick things off

Today was Udinese’s first day of their pre-season preparations ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

Following a few days of tests and targeted training sessions, the whole squad was summoned by coach Kosta Runjaic to begin gearing up for the 2024/25 season.

To inaugurate the campaign, a double session was on the cards. The team firstly worked on fitness drills before engaging in technical and tactical exercises with the ball.

In the afternoon session the group worked on defensive and attacking tactics and then played a small-sided game. The session was concluded with aerobic work.

Udinese return to action tomorrow for two training sessions.
