Udinese attacker Lorenzo Lucca on Roma’s bad moment: “They are still a great team.”

Udinese attacker Lorenzo Lucca previewed tomorrow’s match with Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.

In his interview with Corriere dello Sport, Lucca was asked about facing Roma in the midst of a fan boycott due to the sacking of Daniele De Rossi and whether this could impact the game.

“I don’t think so,” replied Lucca. “They are still a great team, so we will have to be focused only on our performance.”

“We don’t have to think about what happened to them these days, they will be as motivated as us.”

“We certainly weren’t bad before, now we’re not the best, despite what the current standings say. We have to stay focused and humble because the season has just begun and we haven’t done anything yet.”
