A tornado ripped through the Dallas area Sunday evening and tore apart a home owned by Stars forward Tyler Seguin.
The tornado left a massive destruction zone of collapsed buildings and downed power lines estimated to be at least 17 miles long, leaving more than 150,000 customers without power in East Texas, as reported by Fox News.
A photo surfaced from WFAA-TV’s Jason Whitely that showed an eerie post-apocalyptic-looking mansion that had been completely destroyed from the storm. Seguin retweeted the photo to add that it was in fact his house, but that he had just moved from the area and put the house up for sale.
The damage caused in Dallas and surrounding areas is devastating, but fortunately no deaths or severe injuries have been reported to emergency services as of Monday morning.
Luckily the Stars were on the road playing Philadelphia Saturday night, but will be back in Dallas Monday to face the Ottawa Senators.
