Chelsea forward Armando Broja has addressed the transfer speculation surrounding his future at the club.

The Albania international has been heavily linked with a Stamford Bridge exit in the summer, which would an end to his 15-year stint with the club.

The Blues were hoping to offload the 22-year-old in the January transfer window, but they could not find a club willing to match their £50m valuation of the player.

Broja instead joined Fulham on a six-month loan deal, but only made eight Premier League appearances due to the red hot form of Rodrigo Muniz.

The former Southampton loanee returned to Chelsea at the end of the campaign with his future up in the air, but he shone some light on his situation in a recent interview amid the rumours currently swirling around.

Broja has revealed that he has received offers from clubs in England, Germany and Italy. However, with his current contract running until 2028, he did suggest that remaining in south west London is still on the table.

Broja on his Chelsea future:

“It’s true, I have offers from these three leagues [Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Premier League],” he told Albanian broadcaster RTV Klan (via sempremilan).

“Staying at Chelsea? It is an option, I still have a contract with them that expires in many years.”

Broja has been linked with AC Milan, Monaco and a return to Southampton this summer, while Wolves and West Ham United expressed an interest back in January. He has also been linked with Newcastle United in the past.

The striker, who has scored three goals in 38 appearances for Chelsea, told The Athletic in June: “Nothing has been decided yet, but if I need to go somewhere else to get back in my groove, then of course I would want to do that.

“As a player, there is no better feeling than being on the pitch and knowing you have a club and a team who defends you; a club who allow you to make mistakes because they know you will become something.”
