Troy Brouwer, Freddie Hamilton are kings of Flames' joke-off; Dougie not so much (Video)

There are jokes that make you laugh and then there are those cheesy, bad jokes that somehow make you laugh uncontrollably, no matter how terrible they are.

In trying to find out which bad jokes brought out the laughs, the Calgary Flames pit six players against one another in a joke-telling competition to see who could make the other crack.

As you’ll see, Dougie Hamilton is not very good at this, while Freddie Hamilton and Troy Brouwer have some pretty solid poker faces.

A few observations:

• Kris Versteeg’s delivery is impeccable.

• How in the world did Troy Brouwer not get the “Brouwer Ranger” one? He had his own mascots while
he was in Washington!

• More like “Cheatin'” Matt Stajan, eh?

• Johnny Gaudreau apparently didn’t pick up on the trend that the joke answers incorporated player names. “Sam-wiches” is a good one, though.
