🤯 Tottenham make more unwanted history in first half against Liverpool
Tottenham have made yet more unwanted history under Ange Postecoglou in the first half of their home clash against Liverpool.
The Lilywhites found themselves a goal down within 25 minutes as Luis Diaz headed the visitors into the lead after a period of significant Liverpool pressure.
In doing so, he left Tottenham with a thoroughly unwanted record. The north Londoners have now conceded the opening goal in 14 home games across the Premier League in 2024, the joint most in Premier League history alongside Crystal Palace, Ipswich, and their own side in 1994.

Clearly, fixing that issue will be high on Postecoglou's New Year's resolutions.
