Tottenham hold talks to seal bargain £4.2m deal for Hertha Berlin’s Boris Lum

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Hertha Berlin starlet Boris Lum and have held talks with the German club over a move, according to Bild.

Lum has reportedly been in discussions with Spurs on multiple occasions, visiting the club’s training facilities and attending matches last season.
