The WNBA’s 14th team revealed its name ― *pauses for dramatic effect* ― the Toronto Tempo. But it was already leaked earlier this week.

If you're not up to speed, here's what happened: Some crafty internet sleuths accidentally uncovered an error on the WNBA's site just days ago. The name “Toronto Tempo” was found hidden within some deeper search functions, and fans speculated that this could be the name for the Toronto expansion team.

It turns out that people were right. On Thursday, Toronto's expansion team confirmed the leak with a launch that included a brand video, name reveal and a logo explanation.

Let's just say that fans aren't totally thrilled with the logo and name. They immediately ripped the team for it.
