Toronto Raptors unveil new City Edition jersey
The Toronto Raptors have unveiled their newest City Edition jersey, which drops on Nov. 27.
The OVO-inspired black and gold design is a blend of old and new and pays homage to city, featuring “Toronto” across the front for the third time in franchise history. They previously had Toronto splashed across the front on their black alternates between 2008-09-2014-15 and on their purple road jerseys from 1999-00-2002-03.

Although it’s not visible in the photos above, the jersey also appears to feature golden pinstripes down the side based on a photo that leaked earlier this week.

The new look is a tribute to the game, culture and community that shapes the city of Toronto. They look especially fresh with Toronto’s first NBA Championship gold tag on the back collar.
The Raptors released a promo video which highlights the sport, art, and music culture within Toronto, ending with a quick shot of a Fred VanVleet poster in his new threads.
