Torino Keen To Sign Inter Milan & Canada Star In January
Torino are keen to try and sign Inter Milan wingback Tajon Buchanan during the January transfer window.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, via FCInterNews. He reports that the Granata are trying to convince the Nerazzurri to allow the Canadian to leave on loan with a purchase option.
Wingback Buchanan is still far from a first-choice starter at Inter.
The 25-year-old joined the Nerazzurri last summer from Club Brugge.
However, Buchanan has not really managed to stake a claim for himself in the Inter lineup.
Buchanan has made just one start for Inter. That came in the Coppa Italia round of sixteen against Udinese in December.
Torino Keen On Inter Wingback Tajon Buchanan
There has already been some interest in Buchanan during the January transfer window.
Reportedly, Roma see the Canadian international as a target.
But according to Sky transfer market expert Di Marzio, there is another team in Serie A trying to sign Buchanan.
He reports that Torino have approached Inter about signing the 25-year-old.
Di Marzio reports that the Granata have offered to sign Buchanan on an initial loan deal this month. Then, they would offer a purchase option in the deal, active next summer.
According to Di Marzio, Inter and Torino are negotiating on a potential figure for the purchase option.
