Toluca forward Paulinho has thrown his hat in the ring for goal of the tournament at the Leagues Cup with a sensational back-heel flick against Colorado Tuesday evening.

There have been some stunning goals in the competition so far this summer, but the Portuguese striker may have just settled any debate.

While it looked like the game would be fizzling out, Paulinho darted into the box to get on the end of a cross and pull off an audacious finish to pull the visitors level.

Unfortunately for Toluca, the Rapids regained their lead in stoppage-time to send the Liga MX side crashing out, but the neutrals won't forget that finish anytime soon.
