Three Inter defenders ruled out of Fiorentina clash
Inter and Fiorentina meet at the Stadio Franchi on Sunday, but the Nerazzurri won’t rely on Francesco Acerbi, Benjamin Pavard and Carlos Augusto.
Inter confirmed Pavard’s injury earlier this week, but Acerbi and Carlos Augusto have also been ruled out of Sunday’s away Serie A game at Fiorentina.
Sky Sport Italia and Pasquale Guarro say neither defender will travel to Tuscany for a big game against Raffaele Palladino’s side.

Carlos Augusto has suffered an injury to his right thigh. He recently returned to action after a different muscle injury to his left thigh.
Likewise, Acerbi has strained his right thigh, and according to Sky Sport Italia, he already abandoned the Inter training centre on Saturday morning.
France international Pavard is also injured and is not expected to play again in 2024, returning to action for the Supercoppa Italiana at the beginning of January.
Davide Frattesi remains a doubt for Inter’s game against Fiorentina but Inzaghi and Nerazzurri doctors will assess the Italian midfielder today before a train trip to Florence.
