Milan and Theo Hernández will ask themselves what if on Friday after a potential equaliser went wasted in their Supercoppa Italiana semi-final.

Juventus held a slim 1-0 lead near the hour mark, and Milan struggled to have any attacking threats.

Then, a perfect moment arrived for the defender as the ball dropped for him in the box virtually from point-blank range.

Unfortunately for Hernández, he somehow put his shot over the bar and completely missed the target.

Luckily for him, Christian Pulisic eventually equalised from the penalty spot.
