The U.S. Men's Basketball team's record is currently 2-0 after wins against Serbia and South Sudan at the Paris 2024 Olympics, and today they'll face their final opponent of the Group stage, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico's record at the Games is 0-2 after losses against Serbia and South Sudan. When the Group stage of play is complete, the field will be narrowed down to eight teams competing in the Men's quarterfinals which will begin on August 6 at Bercy Arena in Paris.

There are twelve teams competing in the men's basketball tournament at the 2024 Paris Olympics. During the group stage of play, they're broken out into three pools:

Group A: Australia, Greece, Canada, Spain

Group B: France, Germany, Japan, Brazil

Group C: United States, Puerto Rico, Serbia, South Sudan
