Taylor Swift and Blake Lively Do Girls’ Night in Contrasting Miniskirts

If you needed a sign to coordinate girls’ night looks with your bestie, this is it.

Taylor Swift and Blake Lively stepped out over the weekend in two perfect end-of-summer outfits—each star putting her own spin on styling a miniskirt.

The pair were seen in New York City, leaving NoHo hotspot Zero Bond, on Saturday night.

Swift, fresh off her big VMAs wins, continued to channel her Reputation persona in a flirty black miniskirt. She paired the piece with a cozy black cardigan, knee-high maroon leather boots, a brown crossbody bag, and layers of gold jewelry. She finished the look with her signature red lip, black cat eye, and wavy hair.

Lively took a more colorful approach. The Gossip Girl star opted for a pink tweed miniskirt, which she wore with a white T-shirt with colorful Minnie Mouse illustrations, an oversize blue patchwork denim jacket, and colorful tweed heels. She carried a denim bag with a golden chain strap to match her jacket, and additionally accessorized with large diamond stud earrings. The actor wore her hair in loose curls and also opted for bright red lipstick.

Swift and Lively’s girls’ night came days after they enjoyed a star-studded group dinner in the city. For that outing, they were joined by Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, as well as friends Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Zoë Kravitz, and Kravitz's boyfriend, Channing Tatum. The pals were photographed entering Italian hotspot Emilio’s Ballato, in NoLIta.
