Taylor Hall Cleared To Play For Start Of Training Camp

The Chicago Blackhawks will be getting an important piece back as the 2024-25 season is on the horizon.

The team announced on Tuesday that Taylor Hall will be fully ready for the start of training camp.

Hall was traded to the Blackhawks last offseason from the Boston Bruins in a deal that also involved forward Nick Foligno.

After playing just 10 games for Chicago, Hall suffered a knee injury in November, which required surgery that ultimately kept him out for the remainder of the season.

Through his limited time, Hall recorded two goals, two assists and four points while averaging 16:20 minutes.

Getting Hall back in the lineup is huge for the Blackhawks going into this season as he’ll likely play a pretty substantial role.

The veteran forward still has the capability to score 20 plus goals per season, which is exactly what Chicago could use.

If he plays on a line alongside Connor Bedard and serves on the power play, Hall’s statistics will likely skyrocket.

Time will tell to see how Hall is expected to be utilized, but it’s encouraging to see him healthy and ready to play again.
