Super agent speaks out on futures of Barcelona pair

Super agent Jorge Mendes has this week provided an insight into the respective futures of Barcelona pair Lamine Yamal and Alejandro Balde.

And the news will no doubt be met with widespread excitement on the part of the Barca faithful.

This comes amid confirmation that, all going according to plan, the up-and-coming pair will continue to ply their trade in Blaugrana colours for years to come.

Mendes, for his part, is the representative for both winger Lamine and left-back Balde, therefore responsible for overseeing contract talks between the parties.

The Portuguese previously played a central role in the latter extending his terms at the Camp Nou all the way through 2028, since reiterating time and again that Lamine plans to do likewise, too.

Speaking in an interview with Mundo Deportivo this week, Mendes was therefore asked: ‘Like Lamine, do you see Balde at Barca for many years?’

And the super agent went on to reply:

”Yes, I’ve seen Lamine play for Barça for many years. And he (Balde) is a Barca player through and through.”
