Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg have become somewhat of a youth hotbed in recent years, and the current 2024-25 season stands in testament to that after their 3-1 win over Auxerre.

Boasting a plethora of U23 players under current boss Liam Rosenior, the best of a talented young Le Racing bunch is Senegalese international Habib Diarra.

Already wearing the captain's armband at the age of 21, the club academy product and former French youth starlet has now etched his name in club lore after converting from the penalty spot during stoppage time in the first half.

Hitting his fourth goal of the season in the process, Diarra hit a personal milestone of 10 Ligue 1 goals, becoming the youngest player to that mark at the club since Denis Schaer back in 1983.

The future is bright for this one.
