Strasbourg predicted XI v Brest: Sékou Mara leads attack in changed Le Racing side
RC Strasbourg Alsace travel to the Stade Francis-Le Blé this evening as they look to end a poor run of form against Stade Brestois. Liam Rosenior’s side have only won once in their last six games and come into this match on the back of three defeats in a row (AS Saint-Étienne, AS Monaco, and OGC Nice.)
Rosenior has generally over the course of the season been reluctant to change personnel from game to game but he will likely buck this trend as he searches for his first win since the 27th of October. Caleb Wiley will not be involved after he picked up an injury meaning Diego Moreira will return to the left of the defence as a wing-back.
Loubadhe Abakar Sylla who scored an own goal during the match against Nice will be benched in favour of Saïdou Sow. Midfielder Ismaël Doukouré drops to the bench with the return of the captain Habib Diarra, while Sékou Mara will likely lead the line.
Strasbourg likely lineup vs Brest
Đorđe Petrović; Mamadou Sarr, Saïdou Sarr, Guela Doué; Diego Moreira, Habib Diarra, Andrey Santos, Dilane Bakwa; Sebastian Nanasi, Sékou Mara, Félix Lemaréchal. (L’Éq)
