Stars Forward Back In The Lineup After Missing Time With Upper Body Injury

The Stars have had to make due without some of their top forwards early in the season, with Mason Marchment and Tyler Seguin missing significant time. Dallas was dealt another blow on Jan. 14th when forward Roope Hintz went down with an upper-body injury. Hintz will hit the ice for the first time since then to take on the Carolina Hurricanes.

The Dallas Stars are currently in the midst of a battle for second place in the Central Division, and one could say if they were not bitten by the injury bug early in the season that they could be playing for first place. The Stars have made the best of lost personnel, due in part to the season they have gotten thus far from forward Roope Hintz. The Finnish forward is off to a great start this season, as he has tallied 19 goals and 27 points. After missing three games, Hintz will be back in action against the Carolina Hurricanes at the American Airlines Center.

The Stars will have one more game at home against the Vegas Golden Knights before they jet off to St. Louis against the Blues on Saturday.
