St. Louis Blues Player To Watch vs. Boston Bruins: Mathieu Joseph
ST. LOUIS -- Since he began skating last week, it's been an anxious time for Mathieu Joseph.
The St. Louis Blues forward was glad his lower-body injury towards the end of a 5-2 loss against the Montreal Canadiens wasn't worse than anticipated, but missing games was not part of his plan.
"It's been kind of brutal to watch the guys play," Joseph said on Monday. "I'm trying to get better."
St. Louis goal!
Scored by Mathieu Joseph with 09:38 remaining in the 2nd period.
Assisted by Brayden Schenn and Pierre-Olivier Joseph.

Joseph, who has four points (two goals, two assists) in nine games, returns tonight against the Boston Bruins and play on a line with Brayden Schenn and Dylan Holloway, a line the Blues have liked using.
"(That line was) really good," Blues coach Drew Bannister said. "'Schenner' being in the middle and the speed that he has on those wings, the aggressiveness, the relentless of how they forechecked and they gave other teams a lot of problems and their D too. I really liked that line when they were together."
Joseph has two goals and two assists in 12 career games against the Bruins.
