Soulé: Juventus fans tell Leicester City target to stay as pre-season starts

Juventus fans urged Matias Soulé to stay in Turin beyond the summer when the Argentinean arrived to start the pre-season with the Bianconeri.

Argentinean talent Soulé has been targeted by Premier League side Leicester City and according to Sky Sport Italia, the Foxes are ready to submit a €25m bid.

A group of Juventus fans, however, urged the 21-year-old to remain in Turin in 2024-25 when he arrived for pre-season medical checks at the J Medical on Wednesday morning.

Several sources in Italy claim that new Juventus coach Thiago Motta wants to test the Argentinean in training before deciding whether to keep or sell him.

At the same time, Juventus must boost their transfer budget and balance the books, so an offer in the region of €40m would persuade the Bianconeri to sell the ex-Frosinone star.

Soulé spent the last season on loan at the Stadio Stirpe, scoring 11 goals in 36 Serie A games, which, however, were not enough to help Frosinone avoid relegation to Serie B.
