A product of Dallas, Texas, Bakich spent this past season playing for the Reading Royals (ECHL) and Allen Americans (ECHL). In six games with the Royals, he scored a goal. After joining the Americans, Bakich registered four goals and four assists for eight points in 33 regular season games.
Before turning pro at the end of the 2022-23 season, Bakich spent four years suiting up for the Fighting Irish, collecting 13 goals and 20 assists for 33 points in 108 career games.
As Bakich gets set to play in his second full ECHL season, it will be interesting to see what kind of role he can establish for himself. Although his numbers didn't jump off the page last year, Bakich has proven he can produce offensively in the past and should be able to find that again this year.
