Serie A: Milan vs Lecce – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Paulo Fonseca is expected to line up his Milan side with a 4-2-3-1 system against Lecce, with Tammy Abraham up front and Alvaro Morata on the bench.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (18:45 GMT) tonight at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.
The Rossoneri beat their city rivals Inter Sunday night, while Lecce have just one win in the opening five games and were eliminated from the Coppa Italia by Sassuolo earlier this week.
Milan are without the injured Marco Sportiello, Alessandro Florenzi, Ismael Bennacer, Davide Calabria and Noah Okafor. Morata is not fully fit after picking up a knock in training, so Abraham is expected to start up front with Rafael Leao, Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek behind him.
Morata’s minor injury will force Fonseca to switch to a 4-2-3-1 system again after beating Inter with a 4-4-2 formation.
Matteo Gabbia will start again in central defence, leaving Strahinja Pavlović on the bench.
Milan will visit defending Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday in their second Champions League game of the season.
On the other hand, Lecce are without Kevin Bonifazi, Mohamed Kaba, Nicola Sansone and Medon Berisha. French defender Frédéric Guilbert is suspended.
