Milan are missing several key players including Christian Pulisic and drop Rafael Leao again, so Alvaro Morata and Samuel Chukwueze take on Romelu Lukaku, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Scott McTominay’s Napoli.

It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Cagliari-Bologna and Lecce-Verona on the Liveblog.

The Rossoneri saw Saturday’s fixture with Bologna postponed due to severe weather warnings, so the Theo Hernandez and Tijjani Reijnders bans are carried on to this match instead.

Also absent are injured Matteo Gabbia, Tammy Abraham, Luka Jovic, Alessandro Florenzi and Ismael Bennacer.

The last-minute news is that Pulisic is suffering from flu symptoms and not fit to start, so this forces a complete reshuffle.

Despite all that, Rafael Leao is dropped again in favour of Samuel Chukwueze and Noah Okafor, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek moved up to support Morata.

It means Yunus Musah steps in to the midfield two instead.

Napoli extended their lead at the top of the table after the thrilling Inter 4-4 Juventus draw and the only absentee remains Stanislav Lobotka, replaced by Billy Gilmour.

McTominay, Matteo Politano and Kvaratskhelia continue to support Lukaku, while Leonardo Spinazzola has shaken off flu symptoms for a spot on the bench.

Cyril Ngonge and David Neres return to the touchline following squad rotation against Lecce.

Conte’s men have won seven of the last eight Serie A matches, scoring 16 goals and conceding two.

However, Napoli have not beaten Milan since a 2-1 here in September 2022, followed by two draws and three defeats in all competition.

That included the Champions League quarter-finals in April 2023.
