Lecce are a tricky team to deal with, holding Juventus to a 1-1 draw earlier this month and then beating Monza 2-1.
Andy Pelmard is frozen out, with Kialonda Gaspar, Lameck Banda and Joan Gonzalez all out for the long term.
Antonino Gallo, Kevin Bonifazi and Balthazar Pierret are not fully fit either.
