Serie A line-ups: Genoa vs. Napoli
Napoli start David Neres, Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay for the trip to Andrea Pinamonti’s Genoa, who are still unbeaten under Patrick Vieira.
It kicks off at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, also known as Marassi, at 17.00 GMT.
Antonio Conte is still forced to do without injured Alessandro Buongiorno, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is only fit enough for a spot on the bench.
That means another start for David Neres in the trident attack with Lukaku and Matteo Politano, plus McTominay in midfield, while Juan Jesus fills in at the back.
Genoa are still unbeaten since Vieira took over from Alberto Gilardino, amassing three draws and a 2-0 victory away to Udinese.
They have kept three consecutive clean sheets, holding Torino and Milan to back-to-back 0-0 stalemates.
The injury list remains extensive, with Koni De Winter, Junior Messias, Ruslan Malinovskyi and Honest Ahanor, but Caleb Ekuban is fit for a return to the bench.
It is a special game for Alessandro Zanoli, who is on loan from Napoli with option to buy.
Mario Balotelli is again on the bench, while Vitinha gets the nod alongside Pinamonti.
