Serie A: Juventus vs Torino – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Timothy Weah is favourite over Francisco Conceiçao to start as a right winger for Juventus in the Turin derby, while Scotland international Ché Adams remains a doubt for the Granata.
It kicks off at 20:45 (18:45 GMT) at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.
Juventus are unbeaten in 35 of their last 36 meetings against their city rivals. Torino’s last win in the derby was nearly 10 years ago, in 2015.
Juventus midfielder Douglas Luiz is once again out of action, and the same is true of Vasilije Adžić, as Motta revealed on Friday.
Arek Milik, Nico Gonzalez and Gleison Bremer are also available for the Old Lady.
Second-choice keeper Mattia Perin will start in goal, while USMNT star Weah is favourite over Conceiçao for the right winger role.
Torino are already without their best player Duvan Zapata and could be forced to do without Adams as well.
The Scotland international didn’t train with the rest of the team on Friday due to a muscular injury and Paolo Vanoli will decide today whether to include the 28-year-old in his squad.
The best-case scenario for Torino is for Adams to start on the bench, so Nikola Vlasic and Antonio Sanabria will get the nod up front.
