Giudici also took to her Instagram account to share a photo dump from the special day with her family.
One video she included captured Lowe helping their daughter collect eggs during the Easter egg hunt. Another picture showed two of her kids holding up their baskets, which were full of eggs.
"All my life you have been so, so good ✝️ Happy Easter, my chickies! 🐣," the proud mother wrote.
The couple's Easter celebrations follow their 10th anniversary in January. For the celebration, Catherine, 37, shared a sweet Instagram tribute to her husband. "This man and what he has brought to my life are the absolute best things I could have ever dreamt of," she wrote alongside a carousel of photos from their televised wedding day.
A month after their wedding anniversary and ahead of Valentine's Day, the couple told PEOPLE more about their secret to a happy marriage including how they always find time to celebrate their kids.
"We like to be playful, we like to laugh together, and a date like this one is way more us than just a romantic date. We like to have fun all of the time. We’re just a couple of kids," Sean, 40, told PEOPLE exclusively.
Since becoming parents, the couple also shared they spend Valentine's Day with their kids. "We have an annual tradition where we probably grab dinner, the two of us, on a day that isn't Valentine's Day — the 13th or the 14th," added the reality star. "And our family tradition is on the 14th. We make pizzas at home with the kids, but this beats a dinner any day."
"Set the bar low," quipped Sean about keeping their Valentine's Day celebrations low-key. "Because if you get married and you have a Valentine's Day, don't set it high in the beginning. Wait until year 10 or 12, and then set it high."
