Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli are interested in a deal to sign Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal this summer.

Jesus impressed during his debut season at Arsenal after arriving from Manchester City in a £45m deal in 2022 but suffered from fitness and form issues in 2023-24.

The 27-year-old scored just four times in the Premier League with Kai Havertz preferred at centre-forward across the second half of the campaign.

Al-Ahli are monitoring his situation in North London and are prepared to test Arsenal’s resolve to hold onto the Brazil international, who was omitted from his country’s Copa America squad after a disappointing campaign at the Emirates.

The Saudi side are seeking a replacement for Allan Saint-Maximim, who has been allowed to join Fenerbahce on a season-long loan deal.

Al-Ahli are also considering Tottenham’s Richarlison as a potential alternative, according to Al-Riyadiyah. The forward will be allowed to leave Spurs if a suitable offer arrives this summer, though Arsenal’s stance on Jesus’ future is less clear.

Al-Ahli finished third in the Saudi Pro League last season and count former Premier League names Riyad Mahrez and Roberto Firmino as part of their current squad.
