Rotimi Segun will mark his 100th club appearance as one of six Saracens changes for their final Investec Champions Cup Pool 3 game with Castres.

Segun will lead out the hosts at StoneX Stadium after being named on the wing, with both sides still to seal their progress into the last 16.

Sarries have selected a new front row of props Eroni Mawi and Fraser Balmain, alongside hooker Theo Dan, while lock Hugh Tizard returns to partner new England captain Maro Itoje in the second row.

In the backs, Tobias Elliott is named on the opposite wing to Segun with Lucio Cinti and Liam Williams both out injured.

"When I made my debut against Scarlets in the LV Cup I never believed I'd make it to 100," said Segun.

"There's been so many ups and downs during my journey here, but Sunday will certainly be a special memory.

"I've been so lucky to rub shoulders with some incredible players and friends throughout my time here, so to run out with many of them on Sunday in a crucial Champions Cup tie is really exciting."

Saracens need just a point to qualify, while Castres can secure their progress to the knockout stages with two.

The visitors have named an entirely different XV to the one which cruised past Bulls in their last outing.

Centre Adrien Seguret takes the captaincy from flanker Mathieu Babillot, who is being rested.
