Samuel L. Jackson narrates NBC Sports opening for Chiefs-Falcons game
Actor Samuel L. Jackson is the all-time box office king as the movies he’s appeared in have made the most money. Jackson has been in the “Star Wars” and Marvel franchises, two of the biggest movie series.
But Jackson hasn’t always been in the money.
Like most college kids, Jackson had to find a job while in school. It was in the 1960s while Jackson was at Morehouse College and he sold concessions at Falcons games.
That time in Atlanta is why NBC Sports tabbed Jackson to narrate the opening for the “Sunday Night Football” game between the Chiefs and Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Jackson calls the Falcons “my team,” but also notes the difficulty in facing the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs who are led by Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.
“The challenges come at you fast and they come at you furious … never more so when their names are Kelce and Mahomes,” Jackson says in the video.
Here is video of Jackson that will air Sunday night.
