Ruud's first! Man United and Leicester name their starting XIs

Manchester United and Leicester City have named their starting lineups for this evening’s EFL Cup clash.

After Erik ten Hag’s sacking earlier this week, assistant boss Ruud van Nistelrooy takes charge this evening.

He has selected Altay Bayındır in between the sticks in his starting XI, and Noussair Mazraoui is on the bench after limping off at the weekend with an injury.

For the Foxes, Danny Ward replaces Mads Hermansen in goal, after having saved three penalties in the shootout win over Walsall in the previous round.
