The pressure is mounting on Marco Rose, whose RB Leipzig are winless in their last six games in all competitions.

Ahead of Leipzig's DFB-Pokal home game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday, Rose says he is feeling the pressure, but insists he remains calm.

"The situation is self-explanatory: I need results. And if things keep going the way they are now, things can explode around you," Rose told reporters at a press conference on Tuesday.

"I'm trying to stay myself and be with the guys," he continued.

"I'm demanding, I'm behind them, I'm in front of them, and now we have to try to pull the cart out of the mud together."

So far, Rose has been backed by both the players and the club bosses to remain at the helm.

"I'm the same coach who won the DFB Cup and the Super Cup with the guys here," Rose said.

"I'm calm, I know the business, I don't complain about it. It's not the first time I've been questioned here. Now we're in a real crisis," he added, noting that the situation is "quite explainable" due to Leipzig's long injury list.

"I know my team, and I'm convinced we can turn things around," he insisted.
