Roma working on Riccardo Pagano’s loan to Catanzaro

Another former Primavera player could end up leaving Roma this summer.

Riccardo Pagano is unlikely to remain at his boyhood club despite taking part in the opening weeks of Roma’s preseason training camp under Daniele De Rossi’s watchful eye.

According to Gazzetta Regionale, the young attacker is looking at possibilities in Serie B.

The newspaper reports that Pagano is very close to a loan move to Catanzaro, who currently play in Serie B.

After his excellent performances with Roma Primavera, Pagano managed to carve out a space for himself in the first team too, making 7 appearances this past season, and now Catanzaro seems to be very interested in bringing the young man to Calabria.

Roma and the Serbie B club are in talks to define an agreement in the coming days.
