Roma are back on the trail leading to Alvaro Morata.

The Giallorossi’s interest in the veteran Spanish striker has not faded away.

According to DAZN journalist Orazio Accomando, Roma re-inserted themselves into the race for Morata earlier this week.

Roma had already made inquiries for the player a few weeks ago but then focused on other targets instead.

Now, the capital club seem back on Morata’s tracks.

However, Milan remain in pole position having launched talks with the player’s entourage a while ago and is preparing a three-year offer of 6 million euros per season.

Before deciding, Morata wants to conclude the Euro’s with the Spanish national team.
