Roma on favorable terms with Almeria president for Marc Pubill

Roma have an advantage over the likes of Bologna and Newcastle United who also appear interested in Marc Pubill of Almeria.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma have direct line with Almeria president Turki Al-Sheikh.

It is Al-Sheikh, writes the newspaper, that help Roma set up their new long-term sponsor in Riyadh Season last year.

This friendship puts Roma on a fast track compared to Bologna and Newcastle for the 21-year-old Spanish right-back.
