Roma make contact for Sevilla’s Youssef En-Nesyri

Serie A giants Roma have made contact to seek the signature of Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri.

The Giallorossi are keen on signing a striker this summer and have already lost Romelu Lukaku, whose loan stint has ended but En-Nesyri has now become a key target for Daniele de Rossi’s side.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Roma are attempting to reach an agreement with Sevilla over a move for the Morocco international, with the Giallorossi pushing for his signature. Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce are also in the chase and they are also pushing for him, as Mourinho challenges his former club.

Fenerbahce are offering him a wage of €6 million per season because they have the financial capacity, but Roma first want to strike an agreement with Sevilla before moving to the player part.

There is also Saudi interest in the player but it remains to be seen who is leading the race for the striker.
