Former Patriot Rob Gronkowski certainly knows about dynasties — but he's still ready to give the Kansas City Chiefs their flowers.

If Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Chiefs become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls, Gronkowski, 35, says, "You've got to tip your hat to them."

"I mean, if the Chiefs three-peat, it's history...you've got to give them credit for doing that," Gronkowski continues. "They put in the work, they put in the time, the dedication, and the three-peat is just a phenomenal aspect to even do in any sport. It's just incredible if they can pull it off."

The four-time Super Bowl champ — who partnered with Avocado from Mexico ahead of the Super Bowl on Feb. 9 — knows a thing or two about winning NFL titles. During his time playing with Tom Brady, Gronkowski experienced all the pressures of being a winning NFL player.

As the Chiefs continue to dominate the NFL, Gronkowski advises Mahomes, 28, Kelce, 35, and the Chiefs to "just black out all the outside distractions" and focus on their goal.

"That's why they're in the position that they're in right now," he continues. "They wouldn't be here again if they weren't following their protocol that they've been normally following. But on top of that, they've just got to keep continuing what they're doing, and that's just strategizing like no other team is strategizing. That's what they do and that's how they're pulling off all these wins and they come through in clutch situations and they adjust to the game that is being played out in the football field."

As the Chiefs prepare to play the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans for Super Bowl glory, Gronkowski says Kansas City will "always step up to the level that they need to and play at that level no matter what situation it is and no matter how big the stage is."

Gronkowski may not be suiting up to take the field anymore, but the former tight end is already preparing for the upcoming Super Bowl with a fun partnership with Avocados From Mexico.

On Jan, 29, fans can tune into the brand's YouTube channel to watch the Gronkamole challenge. "You get to watch me bring to life some campy ways to enjoy guac," he tells PEOPLE, "and it's a challenge that puts my guac eating skills to the test while I'm dropping exclusive giveaways for fans."

Gronkowski says he's excited for fans to "see [his] personality shine" through silly challenges like guac pong — "which is beer pong but with guacamole," says Gronk — and guacaoke, which is (you guessed it), "karaoke but with guac."

Guacamole is a "game day necesita," says Gronkowski, but he tells PEOPLE he's actually "not allowed" to make it in his house anymore.

Instead, it's his girlfriend Camille Kostek's sister who is making sure their crew is all set for the big game.

"I get a little bit sloppy when I'm making the guacamole," Gronkowski admits. "I'm dropping some on the ground and dogs aren't allowed to have avocados. So I'm not allowed to make it anymore. So Camille's sister, she does a great job. She's clean and she's organized, so kudos to her. And I'm going to just keep hyping her up just so she keeps making it."
