The Rimouski Océanic have traded forward Quinn Kennedy and a 2026 second round pick (originally from Blainville) to the Halifax Mooseheads in exchange for forward Lou Levesque and defenseman Jack Martin.

Kennedy, 18, had 16 points (11+5) with the Océanic, however the centerman went point-less over his last five games.

On the other hand, fellow 18-year old RW Lou Levesque had 15 points (6+9) over 30 games with the Mooseheads. Martin, 19, had 12 points (5+7) over 30 games as well.

All in all, the Mooseheads soft sell with this move and the Océanic add even more re-enforcements down the lineup, after strengthening their top-six with two big moves earlier today.
