According to Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna, PSG have submitted two offers to Napoli for Kvaratskhelia:
Randal Kolo Muani plus €45 million, but Kolo Muani rejected the move, stating he’s not interested in joining Napoli.
€60 million plus Milan Škriniar, though Škriniar’s salary is proving to be an obstacle.
