The stint marks the second in Tampa for Nassib, who played two seasons with the Bucs prior to joining the Raiders in 2020. He started his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns in 2016.
The Raiders released Nassib in March. He told "Good Morning America" in July that he anticipated signing with another team for the 2022 season.
"I have so much love for Las Vegas," Nassib said. "It allowed me to do a lotta great things. And I think that there'll be more — there'll be better opportunities in the future."
A rotation player in Las Vegas, Nassib had his most productive seasons in Tampa as a part-time starter, recording 6.5 sacks in 2018 and six sacks in 2019. In 86 games including 37 starts, Nassib's recorded 22 career sacks, 164 tackles, 53 quarterback hits and four forced fumbles.
He'll bolster a Bucs front seven that features Akiem Hicks and William Gholston at defensive end and outside linebackers Shaquil Barrett and Joe Tryon-Shoyinka in their 3-4 scheme. The Bucs finished seventh in the NFL in sacks last season with 47.
