Remy Hlady Commits To Alaska-Anchorage
Selkirk Steelers forward Remy Hlady has committed to the University of Alaska-Anchorage, it was announced this past week.
Hlady, who hails from Tyndall, Man., has appeared in 18 games with the Steelers so far this season, collecting five goals and 11 assists for 16 points.
With this being his first season playing junior hockey, Hlady has made the jump look easy thus far. In 2023-24, while playing for RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg U18 Prep, Hlady had 31 points in 28 games.
With Hlady not set to join the Seawolves until 2027, he will have the opportunity to continue to grow his game and play a big role for the Steelers.
