Reliever Frasor back with Blue Jays

Jason Frasor is coming back to the Toronto Blue Jays.

The right-handed reliever, traded to the Chicago White Sox last July, was obtained by the Jays on Sunday in a trade for a pair of minor league pitchers.

Myles Jaye, who debuted in rookie ball in 2011, and Daniel Webb, who played at Class A Lansing, go the other way.

Frasor went to Chicago on July 27 with pitcher Zach Stewart, in return for pitcher Edwin Jackson and outfielder Mark Teahen.

Jackson was flipped right away to St. Louis for centre fielder Colby Rasmus as part of what would be an eight-player deal.

Frasor was 3-3, 3.60 ERA last season. He is the all-time leader in appearances by a pitcher for Toronto.
