Reed Sheppard makes his NBA Summer League debut Friday night. Here’s how to watch.

Former Kentucky basketball stars Reed Sheppard, Rob Dillingham and Antonio Reeves will be on the court for the first time with their new NBA teams starting Friday night with the start of Summer League action from Las Vegas.

The 2K25 Summer League — featuring all 30 NBA teams — runs through July 22, and the rosters this year include 10 former UK players.

Obviously, there will be plenty of eyes on Sheppard, the former Kentucky Mr. Basketball and No. 3 overall pick in last month’s NBA draft.

Sheppard will compete with the Houston Rockets’ Summer League squad, and his first game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday on ESPN against the Los Angeles Lakers, a roster featuring former SEC player of the year Dalton Knecht and Bronny James, the son of Lakers star LeBron James.

Dillingham and Reeves will also play on national television Friday. The ex-Cats will actually compete against each other, with Dillingham’s Minnesota Timberwolves playing Reeves’ New Orleans Pelicans at 5 p.m. on ESPN2.

Each Summer League team will play at least five games over the next two weeks, with two teams advancing to the championship on July 22.

Sheppard will have additional games at 6 p.m. Sunday (vs. the Wizards on ESPN2), 6:30 p.m. Monday (vs. the Pistons on NBATV) and 11 p.m. Thursday (vs. Dillingham and the Wolves on ESPN). All Summer League games will also stream live on ESPN Plus.

Justin Edwards and Tre Mitchell, who went undrafted in June but later signed with the Philadelphia 76ers and Oklahoma City Thunder, respectively, participated in previous games with their new teams earlier this summer. They’ll make their debuts in the Vegas Summer League on Saturday, with Edwards playing the Pistons at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and Mitchell facing the Raptors at 8:30 p.m. on NBATV.

Here are the other ex-Cats on Summer League rosters, with their openers:

Kevin Knox (Warriors vs. Suns at 11 p.m. Saturday on ESPN2).

Chris Livingston and TyTy Washington (Bucks vs. Bulls at 4:30 p.m. Saturday on NBATV).

Jacob Toppin (Knicks vs. Hornets at 5 p.m. Saturday on ESPN2).

Oscar Tshiebwe (Pacers vs. Nets at 8 p.m. Friday on NBATV).
