Really good dog drops ceremonial faceoff with linesman-like precision
Someone give this pooch a job.
This adorable yellow lab made a festive appearance prior to a St. Patrick’s Day game between the ECHL’s Missouri Mavericks and Quad City Mallards, dropping the puck for the ceremonial faceoff and subsequently stealing thousands of hearts online.

In less-cute news, Quad City took the game 3-2 as the Mallards battle for their playoff lives heading down the stretch — sitting third in the Central division with 72 points.
Good form on that drop, too. There are a few linesmen across the league who may want to take note of that technique.
