Real Madrid star ‘in the plans’ of Premier League outfit Bournemouth
A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has made his way onto the radar of the transfer team at Bournemouth.
That’s according to Relevo, who have on Friday provided an insight into the situation.
Fran, for his part, has of course enjoyed a solid campaign in Spain’s capital to date.
Previously labelled as expendable in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, the left-back has established himself as one of Real’s most reliable performers, to the point that he has ousted Ferland Mendy as first-choice over recent weeks.
With such fine form, though, comes inevitable outside interest.
Amid an ongoing search for a replacement for the outbound Milos Kerkez, Premier League outfit Bournemouth, it is understood, have earmarked Fran as their favoured option:
‘According to Relevo, the team managed by Andoni Iraola is very interested in the Real Madrid player and plans to go for him next summer.’
It now remains to be seen whether or not Real Madrid are open to a sale, amid their own efforts to land Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich.
