According to Jorge Picon (h/t RM4 Arab)Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. could be heading to Dubai on December 27 to attend the prestigious Globe Soccer Awards ceremony, where he may receive another accolade for his outstanding performances.

This comes after reports that the Real Madrid star will be granted extra rest during the holiday period.

It must be noted that the Brazilian star did not train with his teammates this past Friday, and he is set to travel to Miami for some much-needed time off to relax and recharge.

After a challenging Ballon d’Or campaign, Vinicius is now feeling upbeat and motivated, especially following his recent victory at The Best awards. His teammates continue to support him as a key leader on the field.

Vinicius will return to Real Madrid’s training facilities at Valdebebas on December 30, but he will begin his holidays ahead of the others. He will not play in the upcoming match against Sevilla.

As part of his time off, the forward may travel to Dubai on December 27 to attend the Globe Soccer Awards, where he is hopeful of adding another trophy to his collection.

On December 31, however, he will be back to join the open-door training session that Real Madrid has planned for its fans.

It must be noted that the Globe Soccer Awards are prestigious honours in the world of football, recognising the best players, managers, and teams from around the globe.

Organised by Globe Soccer, the event draws participation from major international football organisations like UEFA.

Some of the greatest names in football have been recognised at this event, including former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, who has won the title five times, and Karim Benzema, who claimed it once.

The current holder of the Globe Soccer Award is French forward Kylian Mbappe.
