Real Madrid predicted XI vs AC Milan: Ancelotti set to switch things up in midfield

Real Madrid are set to host AC Milan at the Bernabéu this evening in Champions League action as they look to rise up the League phase table and hopefully avoid adding two extra matches to their schedule.

Carlo Ancelotti is likely to pick a largely unchanged side to the one that took on Barcelona in El Clásico over a week ago. If the Italian coach is going to make any changes, they are likely to be in midfield.

The only big change we see is that Luka Modric could play from the start, taking the place of Aurélien Tchouaméni in the middle of the park.

Elsewhere, despite Rodrygo training in recent days, we still don’t see him getting a starting berth, he is more likely to be on the bench at kick-off.

Andriy Lunin starts over Thibaut Courtois between the sticks, as the Frenchman misses out on the clash through injury. Dani Carvajal’s long-term injury sees Lucas Vázquez retain his spot at right-back.

Andriy Lunin – Lucas Vázquez, Eder Militão, Antonio Rüdiger, Ferland Mendy – Federico Valverde, Eduardo Camavinga, Luka Modric, Jude Bellingham – Kylian Mbappé, Vinicius Jr.
