Ligue 1 giants PSG have resumed interest in Napoli star Kvaratskhelia, and according to Sky Sport Italia and Fabrizio Romano, they have made a strong approach to sign the Georgia international in the winter transfer window.

Romano reports on X that PSG and Napoli are in ‘direct contact’ with the French club, who are open to including Milan Skriniar in a player-plus-cash swap deal.
Kvaratskhelia and Napoli have been discussing a contract extension for several months but have yet to reach an agreement. Kvara still earns € 1.5 m per season at the Stadio Maradona, and the club’s latest proposals have not convinced his entourage.
The Partenopei need a new centre-back in January to replace the injured Alessandro Buongiorno, who will remain out of action for a few more weeks. For this reason, PSG are considering including Skriniar in the deal.
PSG were in talks for Kvaratskhelia last summer, but Conte blocked the winger’s exit.
